Contact
Whether you have a new idea, a product in use or a system that needs to change, start with a brief overview. Choose a way to get in touch and we can discuss the work you need help with.
You do not need a complete specification or a technology choice. The following details can help us understand the context. Share whichever parts you are comfortable discussing at this stage.
What your business does, who the product is for and the problem or experience you want to improve.
Whether the project is an idea, a prototype or a working product. For an existing system, a brief description of how it is used and the main issues is helpful.
The parts you want to build, improve or maintain, and what matters most now. If the scope is still unclear, start with the outcome you have in mind.
Any target dates, budget range or other constraints you already know. You can still get in touch if these are not yet decided.
If useful, include a publicly accessible product link or brief material you have permission to share. For sensitive information, see the confidentiality note below first.
We keep client projects private. If your project is confidential, your first message can be a general or anonymised overview. You do not need to include client names, internal data or details of an unreleased product.
We can discuss confidentiality arrangements before you share sensitive project details. You can also let us know which information you are not ready to disclose.
We usually meet online, using Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams. In-person meetings in Melbourne can also be arranged by appointment, including at your premises.
