This website is operated by VEY Pty Ltd, ABN 88 609 477 830, trading as Vey. These terms concern use of vey.com.au and its information and materials.

They are separate from the agreement for any design, development, maintenance or other project services.

The website describes the services Vey can discuss with you and possible ways to approach a project. It is not a project-specific quotation, specification or promise to deliver every feature or outcome described.

The scope, fees, timing, deliverables, acceptance arrangements, intellectual property rights, confidentiality, support and other terms for a project are addressed in a separate agreement between Vey and the client. Sending an enquiry does not by itself engage Vey to perform work. These website terms do not replace or amend a project agreement.

If information on the website is relevant to a project decision, contact us so we can clarify how it relates to your circumstances.

ALBA, FIELDLY and STILL are independently created product concepts used to illustrate experiences, features and relationships between systems. They are not presented as client case studies, completed client deliverables or products available to purchase through this website.

Interfaces and scenarios are illustrative. A concept does not promise that a proposed project will include the same features, appearance, integrations or results. Those details need to be agreed for the project.

You may use the website to learn about Vey and contact us about our services.

You must not use it for unlawful activities, attempt unauthorised access to its systems, introduce malicious code, disrupt its operation or use its materials to misrepresent your relationship with Vey.

When contacting us, share only information and materials you are entitled to provide. For confidential project details, start with a general overview and discuss suitable arrangements with us first.

Rights in website text, branding, designs, images and other materials remain with Vey or the relevant rights holders, as applicable. Third-party materials, including fonts and software, remain subject to their applicable licences. These website terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

The website includes links that can open your email or phone application or take you to Telegram. These services have their own terms, privacy practices and availability. A link to a service does not make its terms Vey’s project terms.
